We pick up in these towns: Napoleon, Wauseon, Archbold, Holiday City, Findlay, Clayton, If we are headed on route we can add pickup differant spots, except on Diamond Tours and Whitestar So always watch on the fliers where The pickups will be.

Unfortunately If you don't see a trip you were looking for, we had to cancel that trip. We have 60 days prior to have atleast 20 on day trips and 30 plus on multi day trips. I am teaming up with Diamonds Tours so this will not happen as much, I hope on Multi Day trips, They will try to find another group who is in the same situation, so then we split the Bus.
Turkeyville Trips, Pickups will be Napoleon 8:30 am, Wasueon 8:45 am, Archbold 9 am.
When you sign up for a trip and send a check please send a note with this info on it:
Name, Address, Email, Phone #, Pickup spot, who you are rooming with

Deposits: A deposit is due immediately upon signing up to hold your spot.

Final Balance: The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the trip departure date.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change! However, because R & R Tours must pre-pay our suppliers (hotels, bus companies, and venues) 60 days in advance, the following policy applies:

Within 60 Days: If a cancellation occurs within 60 days of the trip, a refund can only be issued if R & R Tours is able to secure a refund from our third-party suppliers.

Non-Refundable Costs: If the supplier (e.g., the theater or hotel) does not offer a refund to us, we unfortunately cannot pass a refund on to the traveler.
We highly recommend travel insurance for multi-day trips to protect your investment!
