Deposits: A deposit is due immediately upon signing up to hold your spot.

Final Balance: The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the trip departure date.

By Credit Card: We accept all major credit cards. Please note that a 3% processing fee (charged by the bank) will be added to all credit card transactions.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change! However, because R & R Tours must pre-pay our suppliers (hotels, bus companies, and venues) 60 days in advance, the following policy applies:

Within 60 Days: If a cancellation occurs within 60 days of the trip, a refund can only be issued if R & R Tours is able to secure a refund from our third-party suppliers.

Non-Refundable Costs: If the supplier (e.g., the theater or hotel) does not offer a refund to us, we unfortunately cannot pass a refund on to the traveler.
We highly recommend travel insurance for multi-day trips to protect your investment!
