Cancellation Policy

R & R Tours Cancellation & Payment Policy: Effective 01/01/2026

Deposits are due at time of sign up to hold your spot.

Final Balance is due 60 days prior to the date of the Trip.

R & R Tours has a 30 day cancellation Policy.

But the Bus company is NON REFUNDABLE once paid always due 30-60 days prior to date of trip.

R & R Tours  Advices all travelers to purchase Individual Travel Insurance, to protect yourself, in case of the need to cancel for any reasons.

R & R Tours when I am booking any Trips for other Groups, my fees are Non-Refundable.
